Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy \u2013 \u200b\u200bKom Kom<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: \u201cthe Law\u201d).<\/p>

A request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be forwarded to Kom Kom via one of the means of communication. which appear at the bottom of this document.<\/p>

Refund, change or cancellation of an order will be possible with a refund or exchange, within 14 days. From the date of receipt of the order by the customer.<\/p>

The refund will be made using the payment method used to place the order.<\/p>

If a refund, change or cancellation is requested after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, The request will be reviewed and approved – to the extent approved – at the sole discretion of the site.<\/p>

Returns, changes or cancellations will only be approved after receiving written confirmation from the site.<\/p>

Cancellation due to regret (and not due to defect or non-conformity)<\/b><\/p>

In this case, and subject to the site’s approval:<\/p>

  • The customer must return the product in its original condition as received;<\/li>
  • The product has not been used at all;<\/li>
  • The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of purchase;<\/li>
  • Return costs will be borne by the customer;<\/li>
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS will be charged – whichever is lower.<\/li><\/ul>

    Cancellation due to product defect<\/b><\/p>

    In case of a product defect:<\/p>

    • The responsibility for collecting or replacing the product will fall on the site;<\/li>
    • The product will be reviewed by the website.<\/li><\/ul>

      If after inspection it is found that the product is in good condition and\/or that the defect was caused by unreasonable use After receipt – no refund will be given, and the customer will be able to request the product be returned to him\/her. Subject to payment of additional shipping fees.<\/p>

      The website operator will have sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods.<\/p>

      Transactions made using Direct Debit cards cannot be credited – the credit will be made By bank transfer only.<\/p>

      A single item purchased as part of a product set cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged and subject to For approval by the site operator.<\/p>
