Kom Kom provides deliveries throughout the country, subject to the conditions detailed below.<\/p>

Shipping cost<\/b><\/p>

  • Free shipping on all products on the site.<\/li><\/ul>

    Delivery times<\/strong><\/p>

    Delivery times are calculated on business days only:<\/p>

    • Standard delivery:<\/strong> 5-18 business days Including order reception and processing and delivery days<\/li>
    • Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, and Judea and Samaria areas:<\/strong> 8-18 business days<\/li><\/ul>

      Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not considered business days.<\/p>

      Receiving orders<\/strong><\/p>

      • Orders placed Sunday-Thursday by 1:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.<\/li>
      • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, as well as orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays – Will be received the next business day (Sunday).<\/li><\/ul>

        Delivery of the shipment<\/strong><\/p>

        • Deliveries are made through an external shipping company.<\/li>
        • The customer must be available by phone to coordinate the delivery of the package with the courier.<\/li>
        • Customer unavailability may result in a delay in delivery or the return of the shipment.<\/li><\/ul>
