Shipping & Returns
Free shipping nationwide. Delivery time: 5–18 business days, including order processing. Eilat, the Arava and Judea and Samaria: 8–18 business days. Orders placed Sunday–Thursday by 13:00 are processed the same business day. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not business days.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, unused and returned with the invoice. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies. Please send the product to: Sandaot 13, Herzliya.
Defective product
If a product arrives defective, KomKom covers the pickup or replacement after checking the product. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the order.
