Points are calculated based on the amount actually paid for the products after discounts, coupons, and promotions. Since shipping on the site is free, points are calculated based on the value of the products only.
In the event of a product being returned and a refund being issued, the points earned for that product will be canceled and deducted from the points balance in the customer’s account, according to the refund amount.
