Kom Kom provides deliveries throughout the country, subject to the conditions detailed below.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all products on the site.

Delivery times

Delivery times are calculated on business days only:

• Standard delivery: 5-18 business days
  Including order reception and processing and delivery days
• Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, and Judea and Samaria areas: 8-18 business days

Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not considered business days.

Receiving orders

• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday by 1:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, as well as orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays –
  Will be received the next business day (Sunday).

Delivery of the shipment

• Deliveries are made through an external shipping company.
• The customer must be available by phone to coordinate the delivery of the package with the courier.
• Customer unavailability may result in a delay in delivery or the return of the shipment.
